THROUGH EDUCATION, THE SQA LEARNING FOUNDATION PROMOTES QUALITY IN LIFE SCIENCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH, WITH A VISION OF A WORLD OF SAFE AND EFFECTIVE BIOLOGICS, CHEMICALS, DRUGS, AND MEDICAL DEVICES FOR HUMANS, ANIMALS, AND THE ENVIRONMENT. THE FOUNDATION FUNDS EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SQA, INCLUDING ONLINE TRAINING COURSES, WEBINARS, AND OUTREACH REGARDING QUALITY, INTEGRITY, AND SAFETY IN SCIENCE.
Program accomplishments
- THE SQA LEARNING FOUNDATION PROVIDES ON-DEMAND TRAINING COURSES TO EDUCATE PROFESSIONALS ABOUT VARIOUS FACETS OF RESEARCH QUALITY ASSURANCE. IN 2024, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED 7 COURSES WITH 269 COURSES SOLD.Expenses $71,560
- THE FOUNDATION HAS ESTABLISHED A DISTINGUISHED SPEAKER PROGRAM THAT IDENTIFIES AND RECOGNIZES THE TOP-RATED SQA SPEAKERS EACH YEAR. INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INVITED TO JOIN THE INVENTORY ARE EXPERTS ON A WIDE VARIETY OF QA TOPICS AND HAVE DEMONSTRATED THEIR SKILL IN PRESENTING TO AUDIENCES IN A MEANINGFUL AND ENGAGING WAY. IN 2024, THE FOUNDATION IDENTIFIED 58 DISTINGUISHED SPEAKERS. THE SQA LEARNING FOUNDATION ALSO OFFERS A VARIETY OF MEMBER OR COMPLIMENTARY WEBINARS TO QA PROFESSIONALS, THE MANAGEMENT OF WHICH ARE COVERED UNDER THIS BUDGET.Expenses $51,200
