RECRUIT, TRAIN AND CERTIFY THE MEMBERSHIP AND KEEP UP WITH THE LATEST TRENDS AND PROCEDURES IN THE PLUMBING AND PIPE-FITTING INDUSTRY. THE PROGRAM HELPS ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN COMPETITIVE WAGES AND SAFE CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTRACTORS AND EMPLOYERS OF THE MEMBERS, AS WELL AS TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTES ARISING BETWEEN EMPLOYERS AND MEMBERS.
