Mission
THE LEVEL PLAYING FIELD, WITH FAIR AND OPEN COMPETITION AMONG ALL DEALERS, IS THE BEST ASSURANCE SOUTH DAKOTA CONSUMERS WILL CONTINUE TO OBTAIN THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF VALUE AND SERVICE FOR THEIR AUTOMOBILES, TRUCKS AND MOTORCYCLES. SDADA IS COMMITTED TO TAKING WHATEVER ACTIONS ARE NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION, INCLUDING ENACTING LEGISLATION TO PROTECT MEMBERS FROM OVERREACHING AND UNFAIR MANUFACTURER RESTRICTIONS ON DEALERS ABILITY TO OPERATE AND SELL THE BUSINESS THEY HAVE WORKED HARD TO BUILD. SDADA WILL ALSO WORK TO SUPPORT LEGISLATION TO PROTECT MEMBERS FROM PERCEIVED ABUSES AND OPPRESIVE ACTS BY THE MANUFACTURER.

- SDADA CONVENTION WAS HELD WITH APPROXIMATELY 134 MEMBERS ATTENDING. VARIOUS SEMINARS WERE CONDUCTED REGARDING THE AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY IN SOUTH DAKOTA.
- NADA WASHINGTON CONFERENCE - SDADA MEMBERS WERE ABLE TO MEET WITH THE NADA LEGISLATIVE TEAM AS WELL AS THE SOUTH DAKOTA CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION.
- SDADA PERFORMS LOBBYING ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY OF SOUTH DAKOTA.
