Program accomplishments
- H.I.M IS DESIGNED TO TAKE CHRONICALLY UNEMPLOYED MEN AND WOMEN AND TRAIN THEM TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT. THROUGH A RIGOROUS 9 WEEK JOB TRAINING PROGRAM, EACH STUDENT PARTICIPATES IN OVER 360 HOURS OF TRAINING WHICH INCLUDES LIFE SKILLS, EMPLOYMENT SKILLS, UNPAID INTERNSHIPS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES, AND G.E.D. PREPARATION.Expenses $1,715,973
