990-EZ for the year ended June 30, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • House Activities - money is distributed to each house (group of classrooms) to be used for educational field trips and other supplemental classroom activities that are not covered under the school dept. budget. House activities allocations benefit 100% of students.
    Expenses $20,103
  • FAP Educational Teacher Grants - The FAP grant committee (as outlined in our bylaws) advertises the open period for grant requests and provides an online application for teachers and other staff in our schools to easily apply. The committee follows the guidelines outlined in the bylaws in evaluating these grant applications and makes recommendations to the FAPAC. By a vote, grants are approved or denied and the treasurer works with the Williston bookkeeper to keep accurate records of those grants which are awarded. Individual grants benefit anywhere from 60 to 300 students. On average, FAP awards 10-12 grants per year directly to teachers.
    Expenses $4,326
  • Eighth grade field trip contribution - FAP provides funds to offset the cost of a culminating, overnight field trip for our 8th grade students. This program benefits approx. 100 students.
    Expenses $3,600
  • All other program services.
    Expenses $8,054
