TO RESCUE PETS IN DANGER OF EUTHANIZATION AT THE HIGHEST KILL SHELTERS IN KERN, SAN BERNARDINO, LOS ANGELES, ORANGE, AND RIVERSIDE COUNTIES. BY PROMOTING ADOPTION, WE HOPE TO REDUCE THE PET OVERPOPULATION IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
