Mission
Equipping and multiplying church leaders worldwide who can clearly teach God's Word and train others also, with a special focus on developing young adults for a lifetime of faithful service.
Program accomplishments
- The impact of Disciple Makers Multiplied (DM2) continues to extend far beyond our direct involvement. The reach of our training is both vast and continually expanding. Our teaching methods and curriculum are now being used in numerous regions around the world, including areas where DM2 does not have a direct presence. In places such as some areas of the United States, Canada, Brazil, French Polynesia, El Salvador, Malawi, and Honduras, individuals who have been trained by DM2or who have been introduced to our materials and philosophy of ministryare now actively training others. This organic spread of our approach demonstrates the reproducible nature of the model and confirms that the methodology is both transferable and sustainable across cultures and contexts. In 2025, DM2 continued its core mission of training and equipping church leaders worldwide, with a sustained emphasis on raising up younger generations for long-term, faithful service in the Church. Our efforts extended across multiple continents, including Africa, South and Central America, Asia, the Former Soviet nations, Nepal, the South Pacific, and the United States.Together with those we have trained, numerous workshops, conferences, and training sessions were conducted in countries such as Cameroon, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico, Bolivia, Brazil, and French Polynesia. A significant portion of this work is now being carried out independently by national leaders, often funded and organized locally. This is a strong indicator that the DM2 model is not dependent on outside support but rather is functioning as intendedequipping local believers to lead, teach, and multiply within their own communities. These training efforts focused on theological education, pastoral development, and intentional discipleship. Hundreds of participants were directly engaged, and many more are being reached indirectly as these individuals return to their local churches and ministries to teach others also. This multiplication effect continues to accelerate. In addition, DM2 continued the development and refinement of new courses designed to meet the specific needs of churches in a wide variety of cultural settings. These materials are being translated into multiple languages, further increasing accessibility and allowing the training to take root in regions that were previously unreached or underserved.A central pillar of our strategy remains the intentional empowerment of national leaders. Many of those who have been trained through DM2 have gone on to initiate their own training programs. In several cases, these leaders are now functioning entirely independently of DM2, faithfully carrying forward the same philosophy of ministry. This is not a loss of connection, but rather a fulfillment of our goalto see indigenous leadership established, equipped, and multiplying without reliance on external structures.DM2 also continued its focused efforts in youth and women's ministries. Specialized conferences and workshops were conducted to equip these groups for meaningful and effective roles within the Church. In many cases, these ministries have adopted the DM2 name or identity in some form and are using our materials exclusively, further extending the reach and influence of the training.Through all of these initiatives, DM2 continues to make significant progress toward its mission of equipping faithful men and women who will teach others also. The emphasis on sustainability, reproducibility, and local ownership remains central, and the results are increasingly evident. We remain deeply committed to raising up the next generation of workers and leaders for the Church. Many who have graduated from our training programs are now actively engaged in ministry, teaching others, and in some cases launching new training programs, evangelist outreaches and training centers. This ongoing multiplication gives us confidence that the work is not only continuing but expanding and strengthening for the future.Expenses $394,423 · revenue $13,300
- The 3D Training Center (3DTC) continues to serve as a focused and strategic extension of our mission to train and equip the next generation of Christian leaders. While DM2 often operates through shorter-term workshops and conferences, 3DTC provides a more intensive, structured environment for deeper theological training, discipleship, and leadership development. In 2025, we were encouraged to see the graduation of two classes from our training programs. Most notably, the 3DTC in Bolivia graduated approximately a dozen leaders who have now returned to their respective communities and are actively engaged in ministry. These graduates are not only serving in local churches, but many are already teaching others, applying the very principles of multiplication that are central to our mission. The impact of 3DTC extends beyond the training sessions. The program is intentionally designed to be rigorous, reproducible, and ministry-oriented. Young adults are trained not merely to acquire knowledge, but to faithfully handle the Word of God and to communicate it clearly to others. As a result, the fruit of the training is seen in strengthened local churches, emerging leaders, and new teaching initiatives that continue to multiply beyond our direct involvement.A key distinctive of the 3DTC model is its emphasis on creating or developing local or indigenous leadership. Training is carried out in the local language, within the cultural context of the students (so far in English and Spanish with the plan to expand into Portuguese), and with the goal of long-term sustainability. This approach ensures that the work does not remain dependent on outside personnel but instead becomes rooted within the local church and leadership structure.Looking ahead, we have a strong desire to expand the reach of 3DTC by establishing additional training centers both in regions where we are already serving and in new areas where opportunities are emerging. Interest in the program continues to grow, and in several locations, discussions are already underway with potential partners who share our vision for equipping faithful men and women for ministry. The long-term goal of 3DTC is not simply to graduate learners, but to cultivate teachers, leaders, and disciplers who will, in turn, train others also. As these graduates step into ministry roles and, in some cases, begin new training initiatives of their own, we are seeing the beginnings of a multiplying network of leaders who are grounded in Scripture and committed to the faithful proclamation of God's Word.We are grateful to the Lord for the progress made this year and remain committed to strengthening and expanding this strategic training effort for the years ahead.Expenses $169,871 · revenue $48,438
