Mission
The Illinois Association of Aggregate Producers promotes and protects Illinois' industrial minerals mining industry through advocacy and education to ensure a regulatory and business climate focused on industry growth, safety and sustainability.
Program accomplishments
- State specifications for aggregates, mining and reclamation, legislation, specifications for utilization of aggregate materials in road construction, research for improvements in aggregates used, and broadening the use and application of aggregates in Illinois.
