THE INTERNATIONAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (IFMA) IS A MEMBER-BASED PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT (FM). IFMA PROVIDES EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, RESEARCH, NETWORKING, AND ADVOCACY TO ADVANCE THE FM PROFESSION WORLDWIDE THROUGH CHAPTERS, COUNCILS, AND COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE.

THOUSANDS OF PROFESSIONALS HAVE EARNED THESE DESIGNATIONS, STRENGTHENING WORKFORCE SKILLS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
  • CONFERENCES AND EVENTS: IFMA HOSTS CONFERENCES SUCH AS WORLD WORKPLACE AND FACILITY FUSION, PROVIDING EDUCATION, NETWORKING, AND KNOWLEDGE-SHARING FOR MEMBERS WORLDWIDE. REGIONAL EVENTS AND PARTNERSHIPS WITH PEER ORGANIZATIONS EXPAND ACCESS TO RESOURCES AND SUPPORT THE GLOBAL FM COMMUNITY.
  • RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS: IFMA PRODUCES RESEARCH REPORTS, BENCHMARKS, AND PUBLICATIONS, INCLUDING THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT JOURNAL (FMJ) AND INDUSTRY NEWSLETTERS. THESE RESOURCES PROVIDE DATA AND PRACTICAL INSIGHTS TO SUPPORT EFFECTIVE FACILITY MANAGEMENT PRACTICES.
  • MEMBERSHIP AND ADVOCACY: IFMA SUPPORTS MORE THAN 25,000 MEMBERS IN OVER 100 COUNTRIES THROUGH 122 CHAPTERS, 16 COUNCILS, AND 7 COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE. THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS FM PROFESSIONALS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND STANDARDS BODIES AND COLLABORATES WITH GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS TO ADVANCE THE INDUSTRY.
