- BRONSON LAKEVIEW HOSPITAL (BLH) IS A 26-BED CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL, INLCUDING 16 CRITICAL ACCESS ACUTE CARE BEDS, 10 OF WHICH ARE DESIGNATED AS SWING BEDS, AND 10- BED GERIATRIC PSYCHIATRIC UNIT. IN DECEMBER OF 2024, THE 10-BED GERIATRIC PSYCHIATRIC UNIT RELOCATED TO BRONSON BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL. BLH OFFERS A FULL RANGE OF ACUTE CARE FOR INPATIENTS AND IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED DESTINATION FOR SURGERY, AND EMERGENCY CARE. BLH OPERATES A FULL SERVICE, 24/7 EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT THAT TYPICALLY TREATS OVER 25,000 PATIENT VISITS ANNUALLY, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY.
