Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THE WHEATON COLLEGE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS TO UNITE ALL OF THE ALUMNI OF WHEATON COLLEGE IN A COMPACT ORGANIZATION FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER AND WITH THE COLLEGE, TO ARRANGE FOR ALUMNI REUNIONS, TO ENCOURAGE THE FORMATION OF ALUMNI CLUBS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, TO FOSTER AND PERPETUATE THE ENTHUSIASM OF THE ALUMNI FOR THE COLLEGE AND FELLOW ALUMNI, AND TO PROMOTE ALUMNI GIVING. THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SERVES APPROXIMATELY 48,942 WHEATON COLLEGE ALUMNI WORLDWIDE.
Program accomplishments
- REUNIONS. REUNIONS ARE A CORNERSTONE OF ALUMNI EVENTS AND PROGRAMS, AND ONE OF THE STRONGEST WAYS TO RECONNECT AND REMINISCE WITH THE FRIENDS FROM WHEATON COLLEGE. REGIONAL EVENTS: REGIONAL EVENTS PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO MEET FELLOW ALUMNI, PARENTS AND FRIENDS WHO LIVE CLOSE TO YOU AND HELP ALUMNI STAY IN TOUCH WITH WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE COLLEGE. WiN: WHEATON IN NETWORK (WiN) FACILITATES MEANINGFUL INTERACTIONS WITHIN THE WHEATON FAMILY BY PROVIDING NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND BY CULTIVATING CONNECTIONS THROUGH THE SHARING OF PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCES.
