PROMOTES AND IMPROVES COMMUNICATION BETWEEN LABOR AND MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTES UNION CONSTRUCTION THROUGH PUBLIC AWARENESS AND EDUCATION.
Program accomplishments
- THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO IMPROVE LABOR-MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION, TO ENCOURAGE WORKERS' INVOLVEMENT IN DECISION MAKING,AND TO PROMOTE THE THREE RIVERS CONSTRUCTION ALLIANCE. IN ADDITION, THE SELF-FUNDED BONDING PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROTECT THE WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS EARNED BY MEMBERS OF IBEW LOCAL 176.
