Mission
THE MISSION OF ILLINOIS DIGITAL EDUCATORS ALLIANCE IS TO LEAD THE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY IN ENHANCING LEARNING THROUGH TECHNOLOGY. THE ORGANIZATION IS THE LEADER IN SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING INNOVATIVE EDUCATION FOR ALL.
Program accomplishments
- OUR MAIN OFFERING IS OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE, IDEACON. THIS THREE DAY CONFERENCE IS OPEN TO ALL EDUCATORS IN ANY ROLE. WE OFFER HUNDREDS OF SESSIONS COVERING A VARIETY OF TOPICS, UNIQUE EXPERIENCES, AND AN EXHIBIT HALL. WE AWARD ILLINOIS EDUCATORS PARTICIPATING IN THE CONFERENCE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS (PDHS) WHICH IS REQUIRED BY THE ILLINOIS STATE BOARD OF EDUCATOR FOR EDUCATORS TO MAINTIN THEIR TEACHING LICENSURE.Expenses $481,397 · revenue $394,460
