ALL SERVICES ARE BASED ON A MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS EVALUATION AND AN INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT PLAN. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 3,864 PEOPLE DURING THE YEAR.Expenses $3,053,750 · revenue $2,962,747
