THIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION IS A CIVIC ORGANIZATION TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF DIXON THROUGH THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE ANNUAL DIXON PETUNIA FESTIVAL, AND RELATED RECREATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
