NRCA INFORMS AND ASSISTS THE ROOFING INDUSTRY, ACTS AS ITS PRINCIPAL ADVOCATE AND HELPS MEMBERS IN SERVING THEIR CUSTOMERS. ACTING AS THE INDUSTRY'S STEWARD, NRCA CONTINUALLY STRIVES TO ENHANCE EVERY ASPECT OF THE ROOFING INDUSTRY.

- NRCA PROCERTIFICATION DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS THE CERTIFICATIONS OF ROOFING INSTALLERS. THE CERTIFICATION VERIFIES THE ROOFING INSTALLER POSSESSES THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO INSTALL A PARTICULAR ROOF SYSTEM. THE INSTALLER'S ROOFING INSTALLATION KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE VERIFIED THROUGH VARIOUS EXAMINATION AND ASSESSMENT METHODS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MULTIPLE CHOICE EXAMS, AND SKILLS ASSESSMENT TESTS DIRECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT, THIRD-PARTY ASSESSOR.
- NRCA UNIVERSITY DESIGNS, DEVELOPS AND DELIVERS EDUCATIONAL CONTENT TO THE ROOFING INDUSTRY, PARTICULARLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) ROOFING CONTRACTORS. THIS CONTENT IS DELIVERING IN SYNCHRONOUS CLASSES AND ASYNCHRONOUS FORMATS AND ADDRESS A BROAD RANGE OF TOPICS.
