Program accomplishments

  • In 2025, Elevate Life Network advanced its mission to alleviate economic, relational, and spiritual poverty by delivering a structured workforce development program designed to equip individuals for long-term self-sufficiency. The organization served 23 individuals through its Leader Program and Launch Program, providing comprehensive support in personal development, career readiness, and job placement. The Leader Program, a six-month, in-person program, guided participants ("Leaders") through three phases: Personal Development, Skill Development, and Career Launch. During the Personal Development phase, Leaders completed training focused on mindset, communication, emotional intelligence, and goal setting. This phase culminated in mock interviews conducted by volunteer professionals, providing practical interview experience and feedback. In the Skill Development phase, Leaders engaged in vocational training through accredited programs and trade pathways, including healthcare, skilled trades, and administrative support. Participants worked toward industry-recognized certifications while developing workplace readiness skills. Elevate Life Network provided ongoing coaching and progress monitoring to support completion. During the Career Launch phase, Leaders received individualized support in resume development, job applications, and interview preparation, along with connections to local employers and workforce partners. In 2025, 12 Leaders completed the program, with 9 securing employment. The average starting wage for employed graduates was $21.75 per hour, often including benefits and opportunities for advancement. These outcomes reflect measurable progress toward economic stability and reduced reliance on public assistance. Elevate Life Network also initiated its Launch Program, an online career exploration course developed in partnership with local public agencies. In 2025, one participant began the program, laying the groundwork for future expansion of this service offering. Additionally, the organization facilitated regular community gatherings that provided mentorship, life skills training, and supportive relationships, reinforcing program outcomes and promoting long-term stability. Through partnerships with public agencies, employers, and community organizations, Elevate Life Network expanded access to workforce development services and continued to demonstrate its effectiveness in helping individuals achieve sustainable employment and self-sufficiency.
