Program accomplishments

  • THE RIFFLE RANCH FOUNDATION PROVIDES INTENTIONAL, PLACE-BASED RETREATS DESIGNED TO OFFER DEEP REST, REFLECTION, AND RENEWAL FOR INDIVIDUALS CARRYING SIGNIFICANT RESPONSIBILITY, STRESS, OR EMOTIONAL WEIGHT. OUR PROGRAM CREATES SPACE AWAY FROM DAILY DEMANDS, WORK, CAREGIVING, LEADERSHIP, AND DECISION-MAKING SO PARTICIPANTS CAN SLOW DOWN, BREATHE, AND RECONNECT WITH THEMSELVES, OTHERS, AND THE NATURAL WORLD.EACH RETREAT IS HOSTED IN A QUIET, HIGH-QUALITY OUTDOOR SETTING AND COMBINES UNSTRUCTURED TIME FOR REST WITH GENTLE, OPTIONAL RHYTHMS SUCH AS SHARED MEALS, GUIDED REFLECTION, TIME IN NATURE, AND MEANINGFUL CONVERSATION. THERE IS NO PRESSURE TO PERFORM, PRODUCE, OR ARRIVE WITH ANSWERS. THE EMPHASIS IS ON SAFETY, SIMPLICITY, AND PRESENCE.BY REMOVING NOISE, URGENCY, AND EXPECTATION, THE RIFFLE RANCH FOUNDATION OFFERS PARTICIPANTS A CHANCE TO RESET PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY SO THEY CAN RETURN TO THEIR LIVES WITH GREATER CLARITY, RESILIENCE, AND A RENEWED SENSE OF PURPOSE. THE PROGRAM EXISTS NOT TO FIX PEOPLE, BUT TO HOLD SPACE WHERE RESTORATION CAN NATURALLY OCCUR.
