TO MONITOR CRIMINAL CASES IN THE ORLEANS PARISH COURT SYSTEMS TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY AT EVERY LEVEL AND TO ENCOURAGE EFFICIENCY.
