Program accomplishments

  • INCFOur core projects, Nuclear Wake Up, Pineapple Yoga, Pepper Sauce For Peace and Womens Global Peace Alliance, continue to grow and evolve. The pattern for INCF has been a slow activity for many small yet purposeful projects, some of which dry up and are replaced by others.Yet, our core projects progress and keep INCF sustainable as we develop new projects in service to humanity. We are happy to announce two projects going forward into 2026, which have the potential for great success. The first one is called The Veterans Headstone Project and the most exciting one: The Healing Of Persia Project, which we recognize as a tremendous opportunity for INCF to serve humanity. We hope to report the success of those projects in our 2026 report.Blessings and best wishes to the INCF global community for a dynamic and prosperous new year.

  • WGPA:It has been wonderful to continue our exploration of possibilities as a research assistant to the Ask the Mother animated film project. The charitable goal of this project to discover, clarify and provide access to sound and light frequency codes in support of personal and planetary transformation. Ask The Mother invites audiences to embark on a transformative journey of reconnecting with nature and rediscovering their role in nurturing and preserving the Earth. This research project is in support of the goals of this project. During the past 12 months Ive continued to work with my colleague in South Africa (SA) an exceptionally gifted Sound healer and frequency technician via Zoom, in addition to working with musicians and energetic healers here in the US who use the frequencies of Chrystal Alchemy Sound Bowls as part of their healing modalities. My colleague in South Africa, Kellyann Conway has a variety of sound instruments; e.g. tuning forks tuned to multiple frequencies, Tibetan bowls, Chrystal Bowls, human voice (she has perfect pitch), guitar and keyboard. Using access to sound and light technology we have continued to find significant gradients in the color depth, luminosity and hue based upon the type of instrument used. While I was unable to visit South Africa this year, Kellyann and I were able to connect during a 2 week trip to France that I took and extended our research to include the impact om sound, color and light frequencies of place, which was quite informative. Primarily using tuning forks and a phone app when on the road, we were able to measure the effects of several well-known sacred sites, including the Grotto de la St Baume, Limoux Cathedral, the Basilica of Saint Mary Magdalene in Vezelay and Chartres Cathedral. There was a subtle but observable difference when tuning in these sites, which I found quite interesting. I am planning to make another trip to South Africa in 2026 and we will be able to then see if this is true when sounding in some of the very ancient sacred sites in the vicinity of where I stay, with access to a range of instruments we can use.

  • Sepanouir:Charitable purpose: reweave planet health. An incubator whose value is connected to prana and vitality and methods to restore it. The aim is to projects that develop/evolve as a prototype for a disruptive competitor model of projects that are integrative, holistic, and regenerative in nature. Long term goal: develop a bio-cultural regenerative funding incubator rooted in currency that derives value from prana of essential resources like soil. As we shift into a new paradigm and create our new world, the vitality of the planet (soil, food, oceans, humans and other animals) is the measure of value that matters. Over the past year, a donation was made to surrogacy by faith to help families who are in need of support to have a child. Surrogacy by Faith is a faith-based organization dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome infertility by providing financial, emotional, and spiritual support throughout the surrogacy journey. Its mission is rooted in compassion and the belief that building a family should be accessible to those called to parenthood, regardless of financial barriers. My donation helped further this mission by directly supporting families in need, enabling them to take meaningful steps toward welcoming a child and bringing hope to their family-building journey.

  • Stop The Haena Cell Tower:We are pleased to report the 2025 progress of our Stop the Haena Cell Tower project. This project came about as a result of AT&Ts announcement of its intent to construct a 125 ft high telecommunications tower in the Haena, Kauai, a residential neighborhood, adjacent to the federally-designated historic highway, and located in the Special Management Area near the tsunami flood zone. Of note, the height limit for all structures in Haena is 25 ft above sea level. Accordingly, AT&T would be required to obtain zoning variances and height variances, including various use and building permits.AT&Ts stated purpose for proposing the cell tower is to provide cell phone reception to and from Kee, a popular tourist destination in the Haena district. The tower would not benefit local residents. At various meetings of the Haena/Wainiha community in 2024 and 2025, residents were(and remain) 100% opposed to the proposed cell tower for various reasons including, but not limited to, the potential adverse health impacts of electromagnetic fields (EMFs), the undesirable location of a cell tower 38 ft from the adjacent neighbors home, the 125 ft height of the tower which is 100 ft higher than our zoning laws allow, the adverse visual impact from our historic highway, the fact that a cell tower is an industrial use that AT&T wants to place in the heart of a residential community, and the fact that better and more technologically advanced telecommunications systems are available. In our 2024 report to INCF, we explained how discussions with AT&T representatives to re-site the proposed cell tower were unsuccessful. As a result, several Haena residents filed a lawsuit against the owner of the subject lot. Many residents and their friends and families wished to contribute to the legal defense fund.We raised over $15,000 in contributions in 2024 and an additional $7,500 in contributions in 2025 which have enabled us to continue our lawsuit and discussions with AT&T.To date, the trial has been postponed indefinitely as AT&T searches for an alternate location for their proposed cell tower. We learned only last month that a cell tower is being proposed for a Princeville location that will serve the Hanalei to Kee area. We continue our discussions with AT&T to relocate their proposed cell tower away from Wainiha/Haena/Kee, and remain optimistic that AT&T comply with our intention.

In 2025 Pepper Sauce For Peace continued to experience slowing down, both in terms of pepper production due to farm damage and in terms of sales.

  • Wanderwolf/Beyond the Four Walls:The charitable purpose of this project is to relieve homelessness and poverty by providing housing access, basic needs assistance, and transitional support to vulnerable individuals and families. The project focuses on free and low-cost land access in California, development of alternative housing solutions, and the customization of a mobile off-grid vehicle used for outreach to unhoused individuals in the Bay Area. When resources allow, limited humanitarian assistance is also provided internationally to women, children, and families facing housing instability, violence, or extreme poverty.During the year, the project supported individuals experiencing homelessness by providing free land access in Kern County and San Luis Obispo County, assisting with relocation and trailer transport, and continuing customization of a mobile vehicle for urban outreach and services. Internationally, charitable assistance was provided to women and children in Nepal and India through food, clothing, and basic needs support, including helping a woman relocate and establish a small income-generating activity after leaving domestic violence. In Chitwan, Nepal, financial assistance was provided to cover outstanding detoxification treatment expenses for a family member, enabling his release, reunification with his family, and stabilization during a period when the family had no financial means.

  • The Great Will:The charitable purpose of this project is to protect human life, families, and community stability in wildfire-prone regions by developing and deploying shelter-in-place safety systems and emergency preparedness solutions. The projects primary focus is the Wildfire Ship initiative, a humanitarian response model designed to provide fire-resilient shelter options, education, and preparedness infrastructure for communities facing increasing wildfire risk. In 2025, the project concentrated its charitable efforts on two communities that have experienced severe wildfire impact and displacement: Lahaina, Maui and the Pacific Palisades region of Los Angeles County.During the 2025 reporting year, the project advanced its charitable purpose through the planning, development, and early deployment stages of the Wildfire Ship initiative. Activities included research and design of shelter-in-place systems intended to protect families during wildfire events, community-focused planning for deployment in high-risk zones, and coordination with local stakeholders in Lahaina and the Palisades to assess needs related to evacuation limitations, housing loss, and fire resilience. The project also engaged in educational outreach and preparedness planning to help families understand shelter-in-place strategies and emergency response options in fire-prone environments. These efforts were directed toward reducing loss of life, minimizing displacement, and increasing community resilience in areas disproportionately affected by wildfire disasters.

  • Earth Spirit Educational Alliance/Lokahi Gardens:Mahalo for this opportunity to share an update of our activities and intentions for Lokahi Gardens from December 1 until now and for the upcoming spring season. We are experimenting with growing oat and alfalfa grass to create local highly nutritive food for horses and donkeys at our animal sanctuary. So far we have obtained two kinds of oat seed and alfalfa seed to test what are optimum growing conditions. We have two stations with nine seed trays in active rotation to grow flats of oat grass for our animal family that are part of the animal connection programs for Keiki and families.Part of the funding is for supplies such as seeds, seed trays, tray stands, and water.Part of the funding is to pay for the person or people to tend the seeds, clean the trays and monitor the experimental conditions. The intentions are to create a local highly nutritive feed source for ungulates and people if desired. Also there is a need to minimize importation of oat alfalfa cubes that come in plastic bags, which are not currently recycled. This program could be scalable for local jobs and youth involvement if successful and all aspects viable for the expansion of this offering. Some of the funding is dedicated to nature programs, connecting keiki and families with their personal kinship in nature and with other beings to deepen their experience of aloha
