DURING THE YEAR ENDED MAY 31, 2015, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REFINANCED UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
