Outpatient and reintegration program - This is a 6-8 month clinical support program directed at the residents who have completed the in-patient program and need to begin the process of independent living. The clinical counselors use the Matrix Model of Outpatient Treatment. Over the past year 73 residents have moved out of the Joseph House to a successful, permanent housing living environment. 104 residents have improved their income through employment or increased benefits.Expenses $1,687,879
