THE ALLIANCES ARE LOCAL/REGIONAL COLLABORATIONS OF CREDIT UNIONS THAT AGGREGATE LEADERSHIP ENERGY AND FINANCIAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPONSORING COMMUNITY OUTREACH INITIATIVES.
