Program accomplishments
- We hosted monthly educational workshops on Zoom and in person in partnership with the CUNY School of Public Health Community Health Initiative. Topics included the aging brain and dementia, HIV treatment updates, sexual health, PEP and PrEP, the Ask the Doctor series, colorectal cancer, and the importance of preventive screenings. While participants generally demonstrate strong HIV treatment adherence, many are aging and managing chronic conditions similar to those affecting the broader older adult population. As a result, they have requested more information on co-morbid chronic diseases.Expenses $276,752
