TO PROMOTE NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY IN GEORGIA, SUPPORT CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, AND TO EDUCATE MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE ART AND SCIENCE OF NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY.
Program accomplishments
- VIRTUAL CHAPTER MEETINGS AND EDUCATION - THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS MONTHLY CHAPTER MEETINGS WITH PRESENTATIONS THAT EDUCATE MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC ON THE ART AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY. GALLERIES AND EXHIBITS OF NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MORE THAN A HALF DOZEN GALLERIES AND EXHIBITS IN SUPPORT OF EDUCATION AND THE ARTS. THESE GALLERIES AND EXHIBITS SHARE PHOTOGRAPHS MADE BY MEMBERS REPRESENTING NATURE, CONSERVATION AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN GEORGIA AND ADJOINING STATES.
