Mission
THE VIRGINIA ACADEMY OF SLEEP MEDICINE (VASM) ENDEAVORS TO EDUCATE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS OF THE COMMONWEALTH IN THE DISCIPLINE OF SLEEP MEDICINE AND SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND HEALTH OF VIRGINIANS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL AND ADVOCACY EFFORTS.
Program accomplishments
- VIRGINIA ACADEMY OF SLEEP MEDICINE HOLDS A STATEWIDE ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR OVER 300 SLEEP PROFESSIONALS. SLEEP MEDICINE IS A RAPIDLY EXPANDING FIELD AND THIS CONFERENCE PROVIDES ATTENDEES WITH EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT FORUM TO KEEP UP WITH THE LATEST RESEARCH AND CONTINUALLY UPDATE THEIR CLINICAL KNOWLEDGE.
