Program accomplishments

  • The Cristo Rey Work Study Program (CWSP) and the School operate together as a coordinated program, which combines personal responsibility, academic rigor, and a corporate work-study program to empower students of all faiths from economically challenged families to reach their full potential. All students of the School are required to participate in the work-study program. The CWSP trains the students during a Summer Training Initiative, teaching them hard and soft workplace skills. The CWSP is in constant contact with sponsors to ensure the students' success. The CWSP also included a remote work-study program for corporate remote working environments, and the School provided additional workplace skills for those not directly placed at on-site corporate work-study sites.
