THE FRENCH CREEK COUNCIL, BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, SEEKS TO BECOME THE LEADING YOUTH SERVING AGENCY IN NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA, PROVIDING "CUTTING-EDGE" COMPREHENSIVE, ASSET BUILDING, SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR ALL YOUTH IN EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMUNITY.
