THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE STUDENTS, FACULTY, PROGRAMS AT LOS ANGELES HARBOR COLLEGE BY RAISING FUNDS AND DEVELOPING COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS.
