Mission
THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LABOR WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, ADVANCE THE METHODS USED BY RURAL LETTER CARRIERS, AND PROMOTE FRATERNAL SPIRIT AMONGST ITS MEMBERS.
Program accomplishments
- STATE MEETINGS AND NATIONAL CONVENTION. STATE MEETINGS GATHERED MEMBERSHIP TO EDUCATE THEM ON THE GOALS OF THE POSTAL WORKFORCE, ELECT NEW OFFICERS, AND FRATERNALIZE FOR A UNITED FRONT. THE NATIONAL CONVENTION BRINGS TOGETHER DELEGATES AND MEMBERS TO DETERMINE UNION POLICIES, ELECT NATIONAL OFFICERS, AND ADDRESS ISSUES AFFECTING RURAL CARRIERS, SUCH AS LABOR AGREEMENTS, SAFETY, AND WORKING CONDITIONS. IT SERVES AS A FORUM TO DISCUSS RESOLUTIONS, PROMOTE SOLIDARITY, AND ENGAGE WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE (USPS).Expenses $224,858
