THE PHI KAPPA THETA NATIONAL FOUNDATION RAISES AND STEWARDS FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE ACADEMIC AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE BROTHERS, CHAPTERS, AND COLONIES OF PHI KAPPA THETA FRATERNITY.
