TO PROMOTE A SPIRIT OF CAMARADERIE AMONG AND ADVANCE THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF ITS MEMBERS BY PROMOTING AND DEVELOPING INTERESTS THROUGH THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND SHARED EXPERIENCES, RESULTING IN AN IMPROVEMENT IN THE QUALITY OF LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE ARLINGTON COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT, ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA.

- PROVIDING LIFE INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR MEMBERS AT A DISCOUNTED RATE BECAUSE OF THE LARGE MEMBERSHIP BODY.
