  • POULSBO SPORTSMAN CLUB OWNS AND OPERATES A SHOOTING RANGE WHICH IS OPEN TO BOTH ITS MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. FACILITIES INCLUDE A TRAP RANGE, 25 AND 50 YARD PISTOL/SMALL BORE RANGE,100 AND 200 YARD RIFLE RANGE. THE CLUB PROVIDES A SUPERVISED AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN FIREARM SKILLS.SPECIAL EMPHASIS GROUPS PROVIDE SHOOTING OPPORTUNITIES IN SPECIFIC AREAS SUCH AS TRAP, BLACK POWDER, AND PISTOL SHOOTING. THESE GROUPS PROVIDE ORGANIZED COMPETITIVE SHOOTS THROUGOUT THE YEAR.FEES ARE CHARGED TO THE PUBLIC AND SHOOTING GROUPS TO DEFRAY OPERATING AND MAINTAINENCE COSTS. COMMISSIONED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS MAY SHOOT DUTY/BACKUP FIREARMS FREE OF CHARGE.
