Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAN JUAN HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND ITS MUSEUM IS TO SHARE AND INTERPRET THE STORY OF THE PEOPLE OF SAN JUAN ISLAND.
Program accomplishments
- THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY HAS ASSEMBLED, COLLECTED, PRESERVED, DISPLAYED EXHIBITS, AND HISTORICAL DATA. THE MUSEUM IS OPEN MAY TO SEPTEMBER, FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, 11:00 AM TO 2:00 PM. COLLECTIONS, PROGRAMS, AND PUBLICATIONS PROVIDE THE ENJOYMENT AND EDUCATION OF RESIDENTS AND VISITORS. IN 2025 THERE WERE 263 MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION.Expenses $120,074 · revenue $14,515
