THIS TRANSITION WAS GUIDED BY MESSIAH LIFEWAYS' STRATEGIC VISION TO ENSURE THE LONG-TERM VITALITY OF THE MJCH COMMUNITY. MANY MJCH RESIDENTS INCREASINGLY PREFERRED TO ACCESS HEALTHCARE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES CLOSER TO HOME RATHER THAN RELOCATE TO MESSIAH VILLAGE IN MECHANICSBURG, MAKING PLEASANT VIEW A STRONG PARTNER FOR THE FUTURE.OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY WAS SUPPORTED THROUGH MESSIAH LIFEWAYS' CONSULTING SERVICE, THE CENACLE. CELIA TRAVERSE, FORMER COMMUNITY MANAGER UNDER MESSIAH LIFEWAYS' OWNERSHIP, NOW SERVES AS AN OPERATIONS CONSULTANT. IN THIS ROLE, SHE CONTINUES TO ASSIST WITH DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS WHILE SUPPORTING RESIDENTS' QUALITY OF LIFE, AGING IN PLACE, AND ACCESS TO LOCAL RESOURCES, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT AND NON-MEDICAL HOME CARE SERVICES.TO LEARN MORE, VISIT MOUNTJOYCOUNTRYHOMES.ORGExpenses $905,081 · revenue $1,851,813
