THE MISSION OF THE COUNCIL IS TO PRESERVE AND CREATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE IN BELKNAP COUNTY, NEW HAMPSHIRE.
