  • URGENT CARE - SOUTHCOAST PHYSICIAN GROUP OPERATES SIX URGENT CARE FACILITIES IN THE REGION, LOCATED IN FAIRHAVEN (MA), DARTMOUTH (MA), SEEKONK (MA), LAKEVILLE (MA), FALL RIVER (MA), AND WAREHAM (MA). SERVICES PROVIDED AT THESE FACILITIES INCLUDE A BROAD RANGE OF MEDICAL VISITS, RADIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS, AND LABORATORY TESTING. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE URGENT CARE FACILITIES IS TO PROVIDE CONVENIENT ACCESS TO NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR PATIENTS THROUGHOUT THE SOUTHCOAST REGION. DURING FISCAL 2025, THE URGENT CARE FACILITIES SERVED 121,559 PATIENTS. OF TOTAL PATIENT VISITS, 17.46% WERE ATTRIBUTABLE TO PATIENTS WHOSE PRIMARY HEALTH INSURANCE WAS MEDICARE, AND 25.35% WERE ATTRIBUTABLE TO PATIENTS WHOSE PRIMARY HEALTH INSURANCE WAS MASSHEALTH (MEDICAID) OR COMMONWEALTH CARE PLANS.
