THE ROWAN UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION OPERATES WITH THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS AND OBTAINING OBJECTS OF VALUE, THROUGH DONATION, PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GRANTS, GIFTS, OR OTHERWISE, FOR THE USE OR BENEFIT OF ROWAN UNIVERSITY AND OTHER UNIVERSITY-HELD ATTRACTIONS WITH THE GOAL OF ENRICHING THE EDUCATION AND STUDENT LIFE OF THE STUDENTS OF ROWAN UNIVERSITY AND IMPROVING THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED TO STUDENTS, FACULTY, ALUMNI, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
