- CERTAIN HUNGER PREVENTION NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (HPNAP) ARE SUPPORTED BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH BY MEANS OF PASS THROUGH ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE REGIONAL FOOD BANK OF NORTHEASTERN NEW YORK (FOOD BANK).
