THE COALITION WILL ELIMINATE THE USE OF HARMFUL SUBSTANCES BY INFLUENCING PUBLIC POLICY, LAWS, ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORS TO FOSTER HEALTHY LIFE-LONG CHOICES IN EAST TEXAS. THE COALITION FOCUSES ON REDUCING TOBACCO USE BY EDUCATING THE POSITIVE EFFECTS OF CLEAN IN-DOOR AIR.
