Program accomplishments

  • Supplies - in addition to regular maintenance, capital improvements provide increased safety and security for volunteers, staff, and horses. Property maintenance and medical supplies provide a clean environment and better treatment options for barn management.
    Expenses $41,521
  • Vet and Farrier Care - horses that have chronic and acute health conditions require treatment and monitoring. Periodic health assessments will prevent subsequent expensive treatments; however, at times, emergency veterinary services are required to address critical cases.

Training of staff and leadership is an important component of the high standards of operational and financial transparency in the organization.
    Expenses $35,153
  • Other - auto and equipment expenses related to equine transport and supplies procurement, and volunteer event costs represent the remaining portion of the program service expenses.
    Expenses $15,538
