- A PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE ALLIANCE FOR LAW AND LIBERTY (ALL) CHARTER IS TO EDUCATE OUR CONSTITUENCY, AS WELL AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND ELECTED OFFICALS ON THEIR REQUEST, REGARDING ISSUES AFFECTING FAMILIES, ABORTION, AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY IN OUR STATE.ALL CONTINUES ITS MISSION AS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE BY WRITING FOR DISTRIBUTION A WEEKLY COMMENTARY RELATED TO MARRIAGE, FAMILY, LIFE, AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY EMAILED TO OVER 15,000 TENNESSEANS; A NEWSLETTER ON THE SAME SUBJECT TO ABOUT 1,500 TENNESSEANS.Expenses $63,129
