THE CATHOLIC HEALTH SYSTEM (CHS) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES IN A LONG TERM CARE SETTING. COMMITTED TO A COMMON MISSION, CHS PROVIDERS CONTINUE THE HEALING MINISTRY OF JESUS SEEKING TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES.
