AS THE HUMAN SERVICES ARM OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY, SJFS IS DEDICATED TO HOLISTIC, PREVENTIVE, WELLNESS-ORIENTED INTEGRATION OF SOCIAL AND HUMAN SERVICES OFFERED WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE OR CREED TO ALL RESIDENTS OF CENTRAL NEW YORK.

- SERVICES WERE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: (1) COUNSELING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, FAMILY AND GROUP MODALITIES; (2) CASE MANAGEMENT INCLUDING FAMILY LIAISON, BILL PAYING, CARE COORDINATION, ADVOCACY, KOSHER MEALS ON WHEELS, TRANSPORTATION AND SHOPPING; AND (3) EDUCATION AND SOCIAL OUTREACH INCLUDING SOCIAL AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES WITH COGNITIVE, SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, ALONG WITH PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION AND INSERVICES IN COMPLEX ISSUES RELATING TO AGING.Expenses $423,390 · revenue $245,419
