THE NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANERS ASSOCIATION INC IS A TRADE ASSOCIATION DOE THE OWNERS OF DRYCLEANING ESTABLISHMENTS. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES INDUSTRY UPDATES, EDUCATION & TRAINING.

- PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED PUBLICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA UPDATING MEMBERS ON INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS AND CHANGES.
