THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF 30 UNITS LOCATED IN PEMBROKE, GEORGIA AND IS CURRENTLY OPERATING UNDER THE NAME OF MCFADDEN PLACE APARTMENTS.IN 2021 THE UNDERLYING PROPERTY WAS SOLD, AND THE ORGANIZATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF WINDING DOWN.
