WAS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND GOODWILL BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITIES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA, AND REPRESENTS THE VIEWS OF ITS MEMBERS REGARDING TRADE, COMMERCE AND OTHER BUSINESS ISSUES. IT ALSO COLLECTS, EVAULATES, AND DISSEMINATES INFORMATION RELATING TO TRADE COMMERCE AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS TO FURTHER ASSIST ITS MEMBERS AND BUSINESS COMMUNITIES.
