HAFS MISSION IS TO IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR LATINOS IN NYC WHO ARE AFFECTED BY HIV AND OTHER CHRONIC ILLNESSES. HAF FULFILS THIS MISSION BY INTEGRATING PREVENTION AND EDUCATION INTO A SET OF MULTI-FACETED WELLNESS PROGRAMS.
