THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INFORMATION, GUIDANCE AND A FORUM FOR PERSONS PRACTICING OR HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE AREA OF COMMERCIAL FINANCE.

- THE CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION WEEKEND IS THE CULMINATION OF THE YEARS ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION, WHERE MEMBERS DISCUSS AND REVIEW CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS IN COMMERCIAL FINANCE, INSOLVENCY, AND ETHICS ISSUES, AS WELL AS OTHER LEGAL ISSUES OF INTEREST TO THE MEMBERSHIP.
