- ESTABLISHES AND CONDUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES PROMOTING THE USE OF GLASS AND GLASS PRODUCTS AND THE EMPLOYMENT OF SKILLED GLAZIERS TO IMPROVE THE GLASS INDUSTRY AND THE GLAZING TRADE.
